Description
I would have put this in the Photo Manip section, but most of the work done wasn't really to the photo (other than slight color alteration, reflection and a couple other things), but rather the planet that's on top of it.This all kinda started when I was looking through pictures on my camera after not being able to use it for quite some time (lost the charger, lol). Saw this photo and sorta wanted to post it but it was a lil boring.
I've been seeing alot of these "planet-in-the-horizon" pictures and thought I'd give a go at it. To me a lot of the ones I've seen lack an atmosphere on the planet, therefor making the planet took flat and dull. So when I was making this I tried to add a sense of atmosphere by adding smoke, gasses, and clouds. Hopefully it worked.
